Hometown Cafe Reviews
Good home cooked food with lots of choices and specials. I've never had a bad meal here. Good food and good people working here draw me in frequently!
Hometown Cafe Owner gave me a gift certificate when I helped him with a print job at his local print shop. I stopped in for my birthday and was surprised by the service and the food! It was super yummy and the atmosphere was calm and gave a welcoming ambiance. I recommend the strawberry milkshake!
This place was definitely a diamond in the rough. Very nice and attentive southern staff. The food came out fast but this was not fast food. All the ingredients tasted very fresh and homemade. I felt like I was eating Sunday dinner at my mother's house. The prices were very reasonable, almost a steal for the quality of the meal.
Passing through it may not look like much but if you decide to stop by you'll be pleasantly surprised with good home cooked food you didn't have to cook at home. If you're a fan of southern style food, this is the place for you. The wait staff is always friendly and super sweet. On Sunday's you will meet a crowd after church and during lunch time during the week. Highly recommend the chicken salad, fried chicken, livers, hamburger gravy, garlic chicken, pork chops, catfish, club sandwich, and peach cobbler. I haven't had anything bad off the menu yet but these are some of our favorites.
Food, service and the menu! Food is always good and fairly priced! Closest you'll have to home cooked!
